Kvinnor uts\u00e4tts f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga former av trakasserier, s\u00e5 som o\u00f6nskad ber\u00f6ring, suggestiva kommentarer, utnyttjande i samband med befordringar eller l\u00f6ner och psykiskt v\u00e5ld.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Kr\u00e4nkningar sker ofta p\u00e5 arbetsplatser, s\u00e5 som i skolor, sjukhus, medieorganisationer, i statens \u00e4mbetsverk och andra liknande milj\u00f6er d\u00e4r maktobalansen och samh\u00e4lleliga tabun hindrar offren fr\u00e5n att tala \u00f6ppet. Avsaknaden av trygga rapporteringsmekanismer och r\u00e4dslan \u00f6ver att bli st\u00e4mplad l\u00e4mnar m\u00e5nga kvinnor i knipa i milj\u00f6er som \u00e4ventyrar deras s\u00e4kerhet och m\u00e4nniskov\u00e4rde. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Trakasserikulturen uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5ller systemisk oj\u00e4mlikhet mellan k\u00f6nen och tvingar kvinnor att arbeta under utmanande och otrygga f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. Trakasserierna undergr\u00e4ver ocks\u00e5 arbetsmoralen, urholkar f\u00f6rtroendet och f\u00f6rst\u00e4rker en kultur av k\u00f6nsbaserad exkludering. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En workshop om f\u00f6rebyggande av sexuella trakasserier p\u00e5 arbetsplatserna<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":1,\"335551620\":1,\"335559685\":0,\"335559737\":0,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240,\"335559740\":279}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vikes arrangerade en till fyra dagars workshop i Mogadishu i december 2024 som hette &#8221;M\u00e4nnens workshop: F\u00f6rebyggande av sexuella trakasserier p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen&#8221;. M\u00e4n fr\u00e5n medieorganisationer, medborgarorganisationer, h\u00e4lsov\u00e5rds och utbildningsbranschen, fackf\u00f6reningar och handikapporganisationer. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">M\u00e5let f\u00f6r workshoppen var att \u00f6ka de manliga deltagarnas medvetenhet om sitt inflytande f\u00f6r att skapa tryggare och mer inkluderande arbetsmilj\u00f6er. Genom fallstudier, scenarioanalyser och gemensamma diskussioner unders\u00f6kte deltagarna hur kulturella och strukturella normer vidmakth\u00e5ller sexuella trakasserier och oj\u00e4mlikhet mellan k\u00f6nen. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I slutet av workshopen \u00e5tog sig deltagarna konkreta \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som de ska b\u00f6rja implementera i sina organisationer. Resultaten fr\u00e5n workshopparna belyser vikten av gemensamma \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att bek\u00e4mpa sexuella trakasserier inom olika sektorer: <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559685\":0,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">1. \u00d6kad medvetenhet och f\u00f6rst\u00e5else<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Deltagarna l\u00e4rde sig om sexuella trakasserier, dess former och de juridiska och sociala konsekvenserna av trakasserier. Workshopen redde ut missuppfattningar om trakasserier och belyste dess bredare inverkan p\u00e5 individer och organisationer. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559685\":720,\"335559738\":0,\"335559739\":0}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">2. Direkta f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i organisationer<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De flesta deltagarna genomf\u00f6rde positiva f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i sina organisationer under workshopen, s\u00e5som interna diskussioner, informationsm\u00f6ten och utveckling av anonyma feedbackkanaler. Vissa deltagare utvecklade ocks\u00e5 etiska riktlinjer f\u00f6r sina organisationer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">3. Identifiering av utmaningar p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Deltagarna identifierade brister s\u00e5 som otillr\u00e4ckliga regler, ineffektiva rapporteringsmekanismer och kulturella stigman. De betonade vikten av att undanr\u00f6ja hinder f\u00f6r att skapa trygga och inkluderande milj\u00f6er. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559685\":720,\"335559738\":0,\"335559739\":0}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4. Erk\u00e4nnandet av m\u00e4ns roll som medk\u00e4mpar<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">M\u00e4ns aktiva roll i att f\u00f6rebygga trakasserier framkom som ett centralt tema, och deltagarna engagerade sig i att skapa en mer respektfull kultur p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Praktiska exempel p\u00e5 betydelsen av m\u00e4ns samarbete f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkte deras f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r deras potential f\u00f6r inflytande. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559685\":720,\"335559738\":0,\"335559739\":0}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5. Djupare f\u00f6rst\u00e5else av kvinnors perspektiv<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Sessionen, som leddes av journalisten Shukri Caabe, belyste de specifika utmaningar som kvinnor m\u00f6ter i sitt arbete. Att h\u00f6ra kvinnors erfarenheter breddade deltagarnas f\u00f6rst\u00e5else och hj\u00e4lpte dem att beakta kvinnors perspektiv i organisationer. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559685\":720,\"335559738\":0,\"335559739\":0}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">6. Handlingsplaner och \u00e5taganden<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Deltagarna utvecklade konkreta handlingsplaner som bland annat inkluderade regler, regelbunden utbildning och inf\u00f6rande av anonyma rapporteringssystem. Planerna skr\u00e4ddarsyddes f\u00f6r att passa organisationernas strukturer. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559685\":720,\"335559738\":0,\"335559739\":0}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">7. Fr\u00e4mjandet av kulturell f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Workshopen inspirerade deltagarna att leda arbetet f\u00f6r j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet i sina organisationer och lokalsamh\u00e4llen. Gemensamt uppsatta m\u00e5l och st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n j\u00e4mn\u00e5riga st\u00e4rkte engagemanget f\u00f6r fr\u00e4mjandet av kvinnors st\u00e4llning p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559685\":720,\"335559738\":0,\"335559739\":0}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8221;K\u00e4nnedomen b\u00f6r inte stanna innanf\u00f6r kontorets v\u00e4ggar. Den b\u00f6r str\u00e4cka sig till hemmen, skolorna och andra offentliga rum. Anv\u00e4nd medier och evenemang som redskap f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring, och ge individer kraft att delta i byggandet av ett tryggare samh\u00e4lle&#8221;, <\/span><\/i><span
